A confidential channel, anonymous if you prefer, to report conduct that violates people's rights or the principles of Pronetsys.
How it works
You can report sexual or workplace harassment, abuse, exploitation, discrimination, bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest, misuse of information or risks to people's safety. The channel is open to employees, contractors, interns, clients, suppliers and anyone else.
- Send your report. You can do so anonymously. This form does not record your IP address or use analytics tools.
- Save your case code. When you submit, you will receive a code that lets you follow up by writing to lineaetica@pronetsys.com.co.
- We assess it confidentially. The case is handled by the ethics officer under the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and the PSEA Policy, with a victim-centered approach.
- We protect you. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is prohibited.
If your life or safety is at risk, call Line 123 immediately. Line 155 provides guidance to women who are victims of violence, and you can also go to the Attorney General's Office (Fiscalía) or the Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor.
