4. Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including texts, articles, designs, graphics, photographs, logos, source code, databases, and the selection and arrangement of such elements, is protected by copyright and industrial property laws, in particular Law 23 of 1982, as amended by Law 1915 of 2018, and Andean Decision 351 of 1993, which establishes the Common Regime on Copyright and Related Rights.
Such content belongs to the Company or to third parties that have authorized its use. Third-party trademarks, trade names and logos that appear on the Site, such as those of manufacturers or technology platforms, belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply sponsorship or any relationship other than that expressly indicated.
The User may view, print or download the content for personal and informational use, and may share links to the Site's pages. Any other use, such as reproduction, modification, distribution, public communication or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, requires the prior written authorization of the Company or of the respective owner.
5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
The User undertakes to use the Site in good faith and in accordance with the law, these Terms, morality and public order. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Perform vulnerability scans, penetration tests, load or stress tests, or any other security testing on the Site or the Company's systems without prior written authorization, except for good-faith research activities carried out within the limits of the Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
- Access or attempt to access, without authorization, the administrative portal, third-party accounts or restricted areas of the Site, or circumvent its security or authentication mechanisms.

- Send false information, unsolicited bulk communications, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties through the forms.
- Impersonate another person or claim a capacity to represent that the User does not hold.
- Use the Ethics Hotline to submit reports that the User knows to be false or for the purpose of causing harm to third parties.
- Use the Site or its content for unlawful purposes or for activities that affect the rights of the Company or of third parties.
The Company may adopt the technical measures necessary to prevent prohibited uses, such as blocking IP addresses, and may bring the appropriate legal actions.
6. Forms and communications
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the Site's forms. Submitting the contact form constitutes a request for information or for a quotation and does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship or an obligation to contract.
The Company will endeavor to respond to requests as quickly as possible; any response times indicated on the Site are for guidance only. To submit the form, the User must accept the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
The Ethics Hotline is a confidential channel that accepts anonymous reports and is governed by the rules published in that section and in the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
7. Informational content and news
The articles, news, guides and other content published on the Site are intended solely for general informational purposes. They do not constitute technical, legal, tax or any other type of advice for a particular case, and they do not replace a professional's analysis of the User's specific situation.
Technical information may become outdated as products, security threats or regulations evolve. Each piece of content reflects the state of the information as of its publication date, and the Company is under no obligation to update it. Any decisions the User makes based on such content are the User's sole responsibility.
8. Prices, quotations and contracting
Without prejudice to the rights that the law grants to consumers, the prices, rates, plans and characteristics of products and services published on the Site are for reference only: they are expressed in Colombian pesos and, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include value-added tax (VAT) where applicable, or shipping, installation or travel costs. They may change without prior notice due to variations in the market, the exchange rate or manufacturers' conditions.
The formal offer is the quotation. The final conditions of each transaction, including the total price with taxes, the scope, delivery times, the validity period of the offer, payment terms and warranties, are those set out in the written quotation issued by the Company and, where applicable, in the corresponding contract.
When the recipient qualifies as a consumer under Law 1480 of 2011, the Company will inform them of the total price of the products or services, including all taxes and additional costs.
Purchases made in the external store or catalog linked from the Site are governed by the conditions published on that site.
9. Links to third-party sites
The Site contains links to external services, such as WhatsApp for direct contact, the support portal (https://soporte.pronetsys.com.co) and the external store or catalog. By accessing them, the User leaves the Site and becomes subject to the terms and privacy policies of each service.
Third-party services, such as WhatsApp, are operated by their respective providers, and the Company does not control their content, availability or privacy practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply that the Company endorses the content of the linked site. Clients' use of the support portal is also governed by the Support Service Terms.
10. Site availability
The Company strives to keep the Site continuously available, but it does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruptions or errors. Access may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents or causes beyond the Company's control, such as failures of infrastructure or connectivity providers.
The Company may modify, expand, reduce or remove content and features of the Site at any time, without incurring any liability to the User.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Damages arising from the User's use of the Site's informational content or from decisions the User makes based on it.
- Interruptions, delays or failures in access to the Site that are not attributable to the Company.
- Damages caused by viruses or malicious code introduced by third parties, when the Company has adopted reasonable security measures.
- The content, availability or practices of linked third-party sites.
- The User's use of the Site in breach of these Terms or of the law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Colombian law, including liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence, or the non-waivable rights of consumers.
12. Consumer protection
When the User qualifies as a consumer, that is, when the User acquires products or services as an end recipient to satisfy a personal, private, family or household need, or a business need not intrinsically linked to the User's economic activity, the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute) shall apply. In particular:
- The User has the right to receive clear, truthful, sufficient, timely, verifiable, understandable, accurate and suitable information about the products and services.
- The products and services are covered by the legal warranty under the terms of the law and of the Warranty Policy.
- When contracting takes place remotely, the User may exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the periods provided for in Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011.
- The User may submit requests, complaints and claims to the Company through the channels indicated in section 17 and, if the User deems it necessary, may go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
When the User acts as a business and acquires goods or services linked to its economic activity, the relationship shall be governed by commercial law and by the agreed contractual documents.
13. Personal data protection and cookies

14. Security and vulnerability reporting
The Company applies reasonable measures to protect the Site and the information it receives. If the User identifies a potential security vulnerability, the User must report it in accordance with the Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, by writing to soporte@pronetsys.com.co, and refrain from exploiting it or disclosing it publicly before it has been fixed.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. The parties shall first endeavor to resolve any disputes arising in connection with the Site through direct settlement between them. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the city of Medellín shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer protection actions that may be brought before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce or the competent courts under Law 1480 of 2011.
16. Amendments and general provisions
The Company may amend these Terms at any time to adapt them to regulatory or operational changes or to changes in the Site. The current version, with its update date, will be published on this page and will apply from the time of its publication. The User is advised to review them periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid. The Company's failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
