Taty manages door-to-door distribution from start to finish: from the moment the sales rep takes the order in the field, through warehouse, picking, dispatch, delivery, collection and bank deposit, to the electronic invoice filed with DIAN, Colombia's tax authority.
It consists of a web dashboard for administration, warehouse and invoicing, and a mobile app for sales reps and drivers that works offline and syncs automatically when the connection returns. Each step feeds the next, with no double data entry and full traceability.
